Inverkeithing Community Big Band

As the name suggests, we are a community-based big band. We rehearse in Inverkeithing High School from 7 to 9pm on Mondays during term-time - rehearsals start again after the summer holidays on 23 August 2010. We welcome players of all standards and ages - members range from virtual beginner to ex-professional and from 14 to 80+. We are especially keen to recruit trombone players. Most of our concerts are fund-raisers for other local groups and charities, and over the past 11 years we estimate we have helped to raise well in excess of £25000.
