Big crowds flock to fun day at Inverkeithing Highland Games
9 AugustThere might have been were grey skies, but the weather stayed dry, and welcomed crowds of thousands which gathered for Inverkeithing Highland Games on Saturday.
Games chieftain Bill Galloway opened the event held at Ballast Bank, to kick off a day of highland dancing, heavyweight and track and cycling events.
The good weather and strong entry lists in the various competition helped attract thousands of spectators through the gates.
