10/6/2009Local band gets Sidetracked for rock final
Inverkeithing High School's own top band 'Sidetracked' will be rocking for the top later this month, at the final of the Fife Schools Rock Band Competition.
The final takes place at Rothes Halls, Glenrothes on Monday 29th June 2009 at 6pm, when bands from schools across Fife will battle it out along with Sidetracked for supremacy!
If the Inverkeithing High boys win the competition, they will pick up the Donald Fergusson Memorial Trophy. The competition is part of Fife Council Education Service's Music Activities programme.
During the evening, there will also be a guest appearance by 'Underdog', the winning band from the 2008 competition.
